New anti-virus software for education

Higher Ed systems to market Sophos Anti-Virus products throughout Australia

SYDNEY -- Higher Ed Systems (HES), the software and services company owned by the Australian Vice-Chancellors' Committee (AV-CC), has announced a new deal for universities looking to upgrade their anti-virus software.

HES has joined with Sophos Anti-Virus, one of the world's leading anti-virus software specialists, to offer their virus protection software to the education marketplace.

"Sophos Anti-Virus is one of the world leaders in anti-virus software," Mr John Murgatroyd, Chief Executive Officer of HES, says.
