Britannia builds virus defence with Sophos
Sophos, a world leader in corporate anti-virus protection, today announced that it has been selected by Britannia, Britain's second largest mutual building society with 190 branches across the country, to protect all 3,000 of Britannia's users throughout the UK.
Sophos Anti-Virus will protect Britannia Building Society's network against all known viruses, worms and Trojan horses. Sophos is currently detecting and protecting against 72,000 viruses, with the figure rising by approximately 1,000 per month.
