Sophos announces shortlist for 2008 UK Partner Awards Awards recognize Sophos's most successful Partners

IT security and control firm Sophos today announced the nominations for its Partner Awards 2008. The annual awards ceremony will take place at the Sophos Partner Conference on Thursday May 15th at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in London, and will recognize the achievements and commitment of top channel business partners over the previous year. The full shortlist can be found below.
This year, a total of seven awards will be presented and the different categories will recognize partners that have demonstrated strong growth of both new and existing business, and new partners that have successfully created a strong demand for Sophos products. In addition, the Outstanding Individual Contribution award will go to the individual or company that has made the most impressive contribution to Sophos's business.
At the event, Sophos partners will gain an insight into the company's future plans and developments, including a sneak preview of Sophos's upgraded online ordering system.
"Our partners' understanding of the market, commitment and ambition is invaluable to Sophos's business, and our Annual Partner Conference is where we champion partners that are building successful and profitable relationships, both with customers and Sophos," said Andrew Bradshaw, vice president, Sophos UK.
